Booking Policy

Reservation: Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance for guaranteed availability of the slots.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled activity will receive a 75% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
Thrill Seekers Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, non-availability). In such cases, customers can opt for a full refund or reschedule.
Safety Policy

All participants must follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by our trained professionals.

Safety gear (e.g., helmets, life jackets, harnesses) provided by Thrill Seekers Adventures must be worn at all times during activities.

Participants must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart conditions, and blood pressure) before engaging in activities.

Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited before or during any activity.
Age and Weight Restrictions

Liability Waiver
Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before engaging in any activity. Thrill Seekers Adventures is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during activities.
